Amy Roberts
Attorney
After graduating from Hope International University with her bachelor’s degree, Amy worked in the construction industry doing marketing, accounting, and general business management before going to law school in 2013. She graduated from the University of Denver Sturm College of Law in 2016 with her Juris Doctorate degree and Masters in Law degree in International Business Transactions. While in law school she served as Assistant Managing Editor for the Denver Law Review. Also during the three years, she was in law school, she spent eight months in Europe studying European Business Law and working as an intern for the United States European Command Office of the Staff Judge Advocate in Stuttgart, Germany, and as an intern for the Pakay Law Office in Budapest, Hungary. After law school, she worked as a judicial fellow for the Honorable John William Madden IV in the Denver District Court where she honed her legal writing and research skills while gaining valuable insight into the litigation process. Amy joined our firm in 2017 and focuses her practice on estate planning and business matters including business formation, business transactions, mergers and acquisitions, and contract review.
